- Free delivery of new hardware to anywhere in Brisbane.
- Free installation of computer systems i.e: we don't simply send
clients the boxes. Our technicians will organise a suitable time with the client
to install all hardware and provide staff training on its use. This includes cabling,
installing and configuring networks and the internet. Note: This service is only
provided free to clients located in Brisbane. Clients outside of Brisbane and interstate
clients will be charged a surcharge for this service if installation is required.
Phone support is provided free of charge.
- CPIAM® Pty Ltd provides all hardware that a business requires including
printers, faxes, networking equipment etc... and soon mobile phones and communication
equipment.
- Design and maintain the networking and system infrastructure based on each clients
business and needs.
- Provide clients with full written reports on all repairs and faults.
- Organise temporary solutions to problems so clients can continue operating. This
includes providing loan equipment. (Note: This service may include
extra charges.)
- Free telephone, remote access and onsite support during normal
business hours. (Software support is provided and based on a monthly contract).
- Emergency after hours support is available to clients if required.
- Access to our Emergency SMS Service.
- Free 24x7 client access to our website that provides: software
updates, utilities, account information and a software change request/bug reporting
ticketing system that provides automatic email notifications of ticket progress.
- Free on-site staff training with all new installations.

training system that is available 24x7 and is accessed through the Client Login
Section of this website. This allows staff to train on CPIAM® Systems
from the luxury of their own homes at their leisure.

A pleasing aspect of CPIAM is the way in which feedback
